wild x2 Wild: Player may choose a new color.

Blue Cards

This particular card makes every player shuffle his or her cards and set them face down. Players may no longer look at their cards. Anything they throw down counts.

Green Cards

green x2 Green: This card may be played on any color. It changes the color to Green.
credit x4 Credit: Cancels a single Debit, Friendship, Rule, or Effect. (Yes, this includes the Infinite Monkey effects.)Advanced Rules: As with life, Credits and Debits can be played on top of each other.
Rewards Card x4 Rewards: The player or players with the fewest cards must draw two new cards and take a drink.Clarification: Cards are counted after this card is played. So if, by playing this card, a player ends up with the fewest cards (or tied for fewest), then s/he must draw two cards and drink.Advanced Rules: Friends bring all kinds of Rewards. Each card can be played on top of the other.
trading x4 Trading: Trade all of your cards with all of cards currently held by another player.Clarification: Yes, this may mean going from last place (most cards) to first (fewest cards).Advanced Rules: Trading Posts are a thing. Each card can be played on top of the other.

Red Cards

debit x4 Debit: Choose another player. That player must now drink and draw cards whenever you do.Unlike the Friend Card, the Debit Card only applies in one direction.Advanced Rules: As with life, Credits and Debits can be played on top of each other.
Punch Card x4 Punch: Choose a player to draw two cards and drink. If that player also has a punch card, you drink and draw double instead.Clarification: If the Blue Infinite Monkey Card has been played, the players are allowed to look at their cards, briefly, to see if they have a Punch Card. However, they must shuffle their hand afterward. Copy cards and Hole cards can count as Punch cards for the purposes of retaliation.Advanced Rules: One ought to be careful not to get too Punch Drunk, as each card can be played on top of the other.

Yellow Cards

yellow x2 Yellow: This card may be played on any color. It changes the color to Yellow.
drunk x4 Drunk: Waterfall! On the count of three, every player starts drinking, nobody is allowed to stop until the person immediately before them does.

Helpful Tip: For larger groups, Canadian Waterfall is an appropriate substitution. In Canadian Waterfall, only two players are allowed to drink at any given time. Players begin drinking as soon as the player two before them stops.

Advanced Rules: One ought to be careful not to get too Punch Drunk, as each card can be played on top of the other.

gift x4 Gift: Give a card away to another player.

Advanced Rules: The Gift Card was meant for The Birthday Card. Each can be played on top of the other.

friend x4 Friend: Choose another player. From now on, whenever either player drinks, both players must drink.

Clarification: Unlike the Debit Card, this card is bidirectional and only involves drinking.

Advanced Rules: Friends bring all kinds of Rewards. Each card can be played on top of the other.

Green Cards

green x2 Green: This card may be played on any color. It changes the color to Green.
drawing x4 Drawing: Choose a player and a color. For the rest of the game, the player you selected must drink whenever any card of the chosen color is played.
e x4 e: Choose another player to visit this page. Whatever rule comes up will apply for the rest of the game.

Advanced Rules: The A, e, ID, and V cards can each be played on top of the other.

memory x4 Memory: Say a phrase or perform an action. The next player repeats the action and adds another. Each subsequent player repeats. The first player to miss or mistake a phrase or action must take a drink. This includes forgetting to add an action.

hitler x4 Hitler: Choose a trait. All players with that trait must drink. These traits may be physical (“all people with brown hair”), about the game (“anybody with green cards”), or psychological (“anybody with a current, undiagnosed episode of crippling depression”).

Black Cards

wild x2 Wild: Player may choose a new color.
Get Out x2 Get Out of Jail Free: This card cancels any or every effect.
hole x1 Hole: This card can count as any card that has been played during the game so far.
insurance x2 Insurance: Choose a player to drink in your place until your next turn. This card does NOT change the color.
Religion x1 Religion: Choose a new color. All players draw until they have at least one card of each color except for the one you chose.

Clarification: Merely having this card in your hand allows you to ignore the effects of other Religion cards.

Advanced Rules: The religion cards can each be played on top of the other.

Blue Cards

blue x2 Blue: This card may be played on any color. It changes the color to Blue.
library x4 Library: Shh! Choose another player to whisper from now on. Whenever that player speaks too loudly, s/he must drink.
scratch x4 Scratch: Flip a coin! If you call it right, discard two cards. If you call it wrong, drink and draw two cards.
rel4 x1 Religion: All players turn in cards. Shuffle them and re-deal equally.Clarification: That’s right: at the end of this round, each player will have approximately the same number of cards as each other player. Merely having this card in your hand allows you to ignore the effects of other Religion cards.

Advanced Rules: The religion cards can each be played on top of the other.

Green Cards

high x4 High: Take a card from the player with the most cards. Look at it and pass it to another player. Hug both players.

Thus, a player with three cards would turn them in and draw three brand new cards. Merely having this card in your hand allows you to ignore the effects of other Religion cards.

White Cards

    bern-5-20-2 x2 Bern: You can trade this card, but not play it unless immediately preceded by a DRUMPF or VP Card.
drumpf x2 DRUMPF: Insult or give nicknames to each player to play out of turn. Immediately play any other card on top of this one.
 establishment1 x2 Establishment: Do not change the platform. Repeat the color and action of the most recent card played. Player with the smallest hand drinks.

Clarification: Hand here refers to the cards the players are holding up, not their penises. Though, I assure you, there is no problem with either.

hashtag-5-20 x2 Hashtag: Choose a new color and a new rule for the game.

Clarification: The rule for the game will last until a Libertarian card is played. The color will last until a color-changing card is played.

vp-5-20 x2 VP: Choose a player. That player goes next and may play any card.
x1 Race: Race to the White House! First player to build a house of cards out of their hand wins, all others must drink.

Blue Cards

bluemberg x2 Bluemberg: Everyone takes a super big gulp of their drink. This card may be played on any color. It changes the color to Blue.
bro x3 Bro!: All men drink. Choose any other player, whenever that player speaks above a whisper, they must drink.
revolution x3 Revolution: Reverse direction of play.
moderator x3 Moderator: You are the new Question Master! If you ask a question, anybody who answers with a statement must drink.
x3 Superdelegate: Each player gives a card to another player. If it is known which player holds a Bern card, no cards can be given to them.
raceb-5-20 x1 Race: Categories! Players name an item in a category. First player unable to name a new item must drink.

Green Cards

green x2 Green: You’re unknown! If anybody says your name, they must drink. This card may be played on any color. It changes the color to Green.
debate x3 Debate: Drinking round! Every player starts drinking, nobody can stop until the person before them does.
the1percent x3 The 1%: The player with the most cards must take a drink and draw two cards.
trade x3 Trade: Trade all of your cards with all of another player’s cards.
vacancy x3 Vacancy: Pick a player to finish their drink. If they fail to do so before the next red or blue card is played, they must draw 8 cards.
raceg-5-20 x1 Race: Categories! Players name an item in a category. First player unable to name a new item must drink.

debtceiling x3 Debt Ceiling: Last player to raise both hands must drink. If there is any disagreement whatsoever, everyone drinks.
endorse x3 Endorse: Choose another player. From now on, whenever you drink or draws cards, that player must as well.
isis x3 Defeat ISIS: Boots on the Ground! Last player to touch the floor must drink.
